22 Setembro 2023, 18:00 João Guerra

"Today, the data shows a looming mismatch between the world’s strengthened climate ambitions and the availability of critical minerals that are essential to realising those ambitions.“

The politics of getting to net zero

15 Setembro 2023, 18:00 João Guerra

The 26th meeting of the Conference of the Parties (COP) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change took place in Glasgow in Nov 2021. The 27th meeting of the COP was held in Sharm el Sheikh in November 2022. These are critical events for reaching a global commitment to limit the rise of global temperatures to below 2 ⁰C by 2100.  A colossal test for governance which was analized with the Portuguese and the Brazilian cases.
